Refund and Return Policy

We want you to love your Stoopless Weeder. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee subject to the terms below.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests received after this window will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused or only lightly tested
- The item must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
- The item must not show signs of misuse, abuse, or damage caused by the customer

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items missing original parts or packaging

4. How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at contact@stoopless.co within the 30-day window. Please include:
- Your order number
- The reason for return
- Photos of the item if it arrived damaged or defective

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
- It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account
- Refunds are issued in the original currency of payment

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at contact@stoopless.co within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.

8. Wrong Item Received

If we shipped the wrong product, contact us at contact@stoopless.co within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and send the correct item or issue a full refund.

9. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

10. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed for shipping. After this window, the order will be shipped and the standard return process will apply.

11. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of approval:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take additional time before the refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before refunds clear

12. EU Consumers

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@stoopless.co within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original condition. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
