Thank you for shopping at Stoopless. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship your orders. Please read it carefully before placing your order.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you place an order with a non-US shipping address, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.
2. Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on every order. There are no minimum order requirements and no hidden fees at checkout.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Standard delivery within the United States takes 7-12 business days from the date of dispatch. Total time from order to delivery is typically 8-14 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including:
- Carrier delays
- Severe weather conditions
- Customs processing
- High order volume during sales or holidays
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@stoopless.co.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us at contact@stoopless.co within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order may already be processed for shipping and changes cannot be made.
7. Failed Deliveries and Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from the carrier, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs in these cases.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Look around your delivery location, including porches, side doors, and mailboxes
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- File a claim with the carrier if needed
If you believe your package was genuinely lost in transit (not yet marked as delivered), contact us at contact@stoopless.co within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will assist with a carrier investigation.
9. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@stoopless.co within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- A brief description of the damage
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for full details.
10. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Since we ship within the United States only, no international customs or duties apply to your order. Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
11. Shipping Carriers
We work with reliable carriers to deliver your order, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other regional partners. The specific carrier used for your order depends on your location and the most efficient route at the time of dispatch.
12. Order Cancellations Before Shipping
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed for shipping. After this window, the order will be sent to fulfillment and the standard return process will apply once received.
